Everton Edmondson, M.D. - Pain Management

Dr. Edmondson’s interest in the field of neurology and pain management stems from an early origin. He desired to pursue becoming a neurologist from age 13. It was a natural choice, therefore, to major in neuroscience at Amherst College, where he received his undergraduate degree in 1976. He then attended NYU School of Medicine. While at NYU, he did research in opiate receptor pharmacology—starting in 1977 and culminating into a doctoral dissertation in 1980. He, thus developed an interest in pain medicine from his early years as a medical student. Dr. Edmondson graduated with Honors from NYU School of Medicine in 1980 and pursued internship and residency in Internal Medicine, Neurology and a fellowship in Neuro-oncology and Pain Management.

Dr. Edmondson is a board certified neurologist and pain management specialist, whose passion for his work is evident in the care he provides.
