Russell Kridel, M.D. - Facial Plastic Surgery

Russell Kridel received a B.A. from Stanford University before graduating from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Kridel completed residencies in general surgery and otolaryngology at the Baylor College of Medicine. He also earned a fellowship in facial plastic surgery from the Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Kridel is licensed to practice in the state of Texas. He is certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Board of Otolaryngology, and the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr. Kridel has academic appointments at the Baylor College of Medicine and the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He is the Director of the Facial Plastic Surgery Division at the University of Texas.

Dr. Kridel is a past (2000-2001) National President of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, whose Ethics Committee he chaired. He currently is a Board Examiner for Both the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology.
